Inc. will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
A more detailed explanation about how your personal information is treated with our ChaosSync
program for Google users is described below.

Our ChaosSync program for Google users is an application allowing you to synchronize the contact
and/or calendar data from your Google account with the contact and calendar data stored on your
Windows computer in one of the contact manager programs from Chaos Software Group, Inc. (such as
Chaos Intellect or Time & Chaos).
Our contact manager programs for Windows computers store your data in a local data folder on your computer or network.
If you authorize ChaosSync for Google users to access the Contacts data for your Google account, ChaosSync will be able to retrieve your contact data from Google. It will also be able to add, update or delete contact records based on changes you make in one of our contact manager programs.
If you authorize ChaosSync for Google users to access the Calendar data for your Google account, ChaosSync will be able to retrieve, update, add and delete calendar appointments for your Google account based on changes you make in one of ouor contact manager programs.
The ChaosSync program does not send any data to our own servers. All communication is directly between your Windows computer and Google's own servers. Any data received from Google is stored directly in your local data folder on your computer or network.
You can revoke permission for the ChaosSync program for Google users at any time to stop any further synchronization and deny any access to your account to make further changes.

This policy statement was originally created and put into effect on May 2, 2020 to
detail how your data is treated when you use our ChaosSync application for Google users to synchronize your data
between one of our Windows programs and your Google Account.
This policy is based on principles followed by our company since our founding in 1991.
